Trent has been doing well since the BMT.
His counts actually went down today, which the nurse says is still delayed effects of the chemo from last week. They actually like to see this drop knowing that the chemo did it's job and cleared the way for the BMT.
Trent's appetite has been low and he needs to eat more. This really helps the BMT speed up the process.
We talked to a young man who got out of CHOC in 22 days by eating even when he was not hungry and had sores in his mouth. Trent is scheduled for around 6 weeks.

Come on Trent... Eat some healthy food....you need to get strong
I know that it's no fun to have food pushed your way when you aren't hungry . . . but it sounds like it is the fastest way out of CHOC and back to the Willys.
