Donor Testing

We are getting lots of questions regarding bone marrow transplanting and testing for donors.
The coordinator for Trent's transplant has suggested that people might want to wait until after Kristie, Grant and I get tested. If we are not a match, then CHOC will be looking outside the Koontz trio.
We should know soon.
If anyone wants to be a "global" donor, then there's no need to wait.
You have a choice to be private donor, which only Trent's team will receive the data, or you could be on the national/global database and anyone who needs a transplant would be able to receive your gift.
